Thank You Supporters of our 1st Annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser

Re-Education Services’ AWARD, ACCESS and ASPIRE programs are thankful to everyone that helped support our 1st annual event.  A special Thank You goes out to Jodi McFadden for organizing this great event.  We’d also like to thank all the Re-Ed staff, families and friends for volunteering.  The event raised approximately $5000.  The money raised was used to upgrade our technology needs.

Re-Ed Choir sings National Anthem at Captains Game

On Tuesday May 15th, Mentor and Perry students attended a Lake County Captains game in Eastlake. The Re-Education choir, lead by Ms. Mary, was selected to sing the national anthem.

Ms. Jelenic’s class in Mentor worked on their butterfly project. They captured some of their results on a webcam.

Calendar reminder for the month of May

Please be aware of the following dates for the month of May.

Friday 5/4 – Half day for teacher in-service. Early dismissal is at 11:15

Friday 5/25 – No School – Calamity make-up day

Monday 5/28 – No School – Memorial Day Holiday

Ohio Achievement Assessments

OAA TestingThe Ohio Achievement Assessments for grades 3-8 measure students on what they know and are able to do in various subjects.

If you would like information on the test you can go directly to the ODE website for information. OAA Testing Information

Re-Education Services will be administering the test this week. As a parent or guardian, you can help your student by making sure they get a good night’s sleep, a good breakfast and have them prepared to take the test.

September - Getting things rolling!

As we move into our first full month of school, things are getting rolling! We have intramurals with Ms Nea Nea getting started, classroom trips beginning and vocational activities getting underway. The momentum will build as we move through the month.

NCCC Supports Autism

NCCC was developed and created as an opportunity to provide resources, training, and employment for lifelong learners embracing Autism.
