Intervention Specialist (Teacher)
Possess a combination of education, training and/or experience in working with emotionally and behaviorally dysfunctional children.
Identifying Qualifications:
* Intervention Specialist-must possess a current accreditation and licensure from the State of Ohio indicating that the employee is qualified to teach in the field of Special Education as an Intervention Specialist.
* Classroom Teacher-must possess a Bachelor’s degree and hold an Ohio Provisional, Professional, or Permanent Teaching Certificate which is valid for the subject(s) and or grade level(s) assigned to teach, and meet any other State Board of Education standards or regulation and State statues.
Professional Responsibilities:
- Shall meet the unique educational needs of each learner with a disability, as designated by the learner’s IEP.
- provide services and/or instruction independent of any disability category.
- serve learners with disabilities as their first priority and may also support regular education teachers in serving learners that are not disabled.
- Implement educational interventions.

Occupational Therapist
Must have occupational therapist license from state of Ohio. Provide occupational therapy services to students, grades k-12+, with autism and emotional/behavioral disabilities. Work in collaboration with classroom team to provide services to students within the classroom setting, as well as individually. Must have knowledge of sensory integration. Provide consultative services as needed.

Associate Teacher
The Associate Teacher must possess a minimum of a high school diploma.
Degree in education, social work, psychology, or sociology preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- provide support and guidance to students in the areas of academics, behaviors, and emotions.
- document and collect data regarding students’ behaviors and IEP goals/objectives
- work collaboratively with teacher to promote an overall smooth flow of the classroom.
- model and teach age appropriate coping skills, self-regulation skills, social skills etc.

Transportation
Requirements: Valid Ohio Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record, Background Check.
Part Time position transporting students between their homes and school.
Driver’s will be provided with certification.
